ป้องกันการแก้ไขไฟล์บน Microsoft Excel 2007

สวัสดีค่ะ วันนี้ User ห้องบัญชี มาุถามว่า ทำไงดีเนี่ย เอา File การคำนวณค่าใช้จ่าย Share ไว้ ให้ทุกคนไว้ดู ปรากฎว่า แก้ไข ตัวเลข หมดเลย จับใครไม่ได้เลย จะทำยังไงดี เลยนำวิธีการป้องกัน การเเก้ไข File บน Microsoft Excel 2007 มาฝาก ต่อจากนี้ไปเมื่อได้อ่านบทความนี้ ก็สามารถ Protect file Excel ไม่ให้คนอื่นสามารถแก้ไขไฟล์นั้นๆได้



1. ให้เลือก เมนู Review จากนั้นเลือก แทบที่ชื่อว่า Protect Sheet





2. จากนั้นให้กรอก Password ลงไป




Confirm password อีกครั้ง




จากนั้นกด Save แล้วปิด Excel ไฟล์นี้ แล้วค่อยเปิดใหม่ดู

3. หลังจากที่เราเปิดไฟล์ Excel ขึ้นมาใหม่ ก็จะดูได้แค่เพียงอย่างเดียว แต่ถ้าจะแก้ไขต้องรู้ Password ที่เราตั้งไว้ในข้อ2 เท่านั้น โดยมาทำการกรอก Password ใน Unprotected Sheet



เพียงแค่นี้คนอื่นก็ไม่สามารถแก้ไขไฟล์ Excel ได้เแล้ว อีกอย่างค่ะ ตอนเวลาตั้ง Password อย่าลืม Password นะค่ะ
